“WE ARE THE FUTURE INDIA (NALAYA BHARATHAM NANGAL).”

The Fifth Annual Day Celebration of our S.F.S. Matriculation School, Nalattinputhur, was a memorable event. The event began at 5.30 p.m., on Saturday, 7th March, 2015, in the presence of many MSFS confreres, many clergy and many other people. The chief guest was Rev. Fr. A. Dharmaraj, our Provincial. Rev. Fr. C. Sebastin Raj, the PCIC of Education was the guest of honour.
The programme had two parts. In the first and formal part, Fr. S. Alexander, the correspondent welcomed everyone present. Both the chief guest and guest of honour shared their valuable messages and distributed the prizes. In their address, they acknowledged and appreciated the hard work of the confreres, who worked and now work here and the progress the institute has made. Rev. Fr. D. Amirtharajan, the Principal proposed a very apt vote of thanks.

In the second and cultural part, many children from every section put up a very creative and delightful programme. It was a feast for our eyes and imagination. Two items in particular had a very high impact on the audience as they echoed the theme of the programme, “We are the Future India (Nalaya Bharatham Nangal).” The first one was the skit, by name, “Poomi Thaayin Katharalgal – The Cry of Mother Earth”, and the other was the “National Leaders-Show”, which provoked the audience to follow the footpath of the beloved leaders of  our nation and to live as her real children.
In the annual report, compiled and presented by Fr. D. Amirtharajan, the Principal, a detailed summary about the history, management, curricular activities, major events, extracurricular activities, new initiatives, achievements and future plans, was shown, using the communication technology in the form of a video presentation.The programme was well organized by Fr. X. George Navin with the support of the staff and management. The programme had a very positive influence on all the audience.
